Abstract
Eight stool samples of acute diarrhea obtained from the new-born baby wards, the Shanghai First people s Hospital were investigated by ELISA and RNA PAGE silver-staining method. Three samples are rotavirus specific-antigen positive, and three samples could offer enough RNA to analyse.
