Abstract
The substrate, p-nitrophenolphosphate disodium (PNPP), of alkaline phosphatase has been commonly used in enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The fluorescent substrate, 4-methylumbelliferal phosphate, usedin the indirect ELISA procedure(FS-ELISA)was compared with the substrate PNPP used in same indirect ELISA procedure.
