Study of Guinea Pig Cytomegalovirus Infection on Pregancy

The effect on pregnant guinea pig of cytomegalovirus infection through subcutanues(SC) and intracardiac (IC) was evaluated. Animals developed viremia, generalized and persisted infection in two groups.
