  • A 20 nucleotides DNA fragment which is complementary with the assembly origin of TMV-RNA was synthesized. Instead of antisense RNA, the DNA fragment could hybridize with TMV-RNA in nitrocellulose dot hybridization and in mini-volume solution hybridization assays.
