    • The paper introduces that the immune response of plasma derived hepatitis B vaccine made in China with the basic immunization The rusults detected from the sera of the infants at the age of 8-month showed that the threshold protection level (P/N 2.1) of anti-HBs of the group 1 and 2 injected hepatitis B vaccine reached 91.5％ and 89.3％ respectively and the markers of HBV were not detected.
