Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus from Ectropis obliqua hypulina Wehrli in its Host Larvae

Effect of temperature on the growth dynamics of the nuclear polyhedrosis virus form Ectropis obliqua hypulina (EoNPV) in its host larvae was studied through polyhedra counting, counter immuno-electrophoresis, single immunodiffusion and rocket immuno-electrophoresis tests.
