  • Human cytomegaiovirus(HCMV)DNA in clinical blood and urine specimens of 27 infant patients infected with hepatitis were detected by DNA-DNA dot blot hybridization using ~(32)P and biotin labeled cloned HCMV AD169 DNA fragment.
