    • A method for the analysis of monosaccharides of granulosis virus by gas chromatography were described in this paper. The main components of monosaccharide chromatogram were identifed, showing that the componets of virus monosaccharides were composed of rhamnose, ribose, xylose, mannose, glucose and arabinose. Based on the ratio of the related monosaccharide peaks height between distincts chromatogram,the virus were differentiated and identifed.
