    • The hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies to Potato Leafroll Virus (PLRV) were established by fusion of myeloma cells SP2/0 with spleen cells of BALB/C mouse immunized with purified PLRV by direct spleen injection followed by two tail injections. The hybridoma were screened byDot-ELISA and indirect haemagglutination test.
