Studies on the Viral Polypeptides and Serological Relationships of Four Strains of Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV)

In this paper four different strains of RHDV were purified by two phases of polyethylene glyeol-dextran sodium sulfate andcentrifugation, then virions in highly pure form were obtained by using Sepharose 4B chromatography. The recovery rate of virus preparation was about 70 pereent.
