Preliminary Study on the Improved Antibody Capture ELISA for Detection of EHF Specific IgE,IgA and IgG Antibodies

In this study, an improved antibody capture ELISA method was established for the detection of EHF specific IgE, IgA and IgG antibodies. The anti-human IgE, IgA and IgG monoclonal antibodies were used as coated antibodies and Hantaan virus group specific McAb (A35, A25-1) were used as HRP conjugates.
