Transmission of Wheat Spindle Streak Mosaic Virus by Polymyxa graminis and Inoculum Potential of the Infected Soils

Five virus free isolates of Polymyxa graminis were purified through sand culture of susceptible wheat cv Yangmai 4 inoculated with selected cystosori from diseased wheat roots which were collected from wheat spindle streak mosaic virus (WSSMV) infected fields.
