    • The temperature-inducible expression vector containing the beet necrotic yellow vein virus(BNYVV)isolate NM coat protein gene was constructed and transferred into E. coli DH5 . High-level expression of the specific protein was achieved by temperature induction. The results of SDSPAGE and Western blotting show that the expression product which accumulates 19.5％ of the total cellular proteins estimated by Shimadzu CS-910 scanning is 21kd BNYVV coat protein.
