由猫接触引起的发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒感染:中国北京一例病例报告

  • 发热伴血小板减少综合征是一种高病死率的蜱传病毒性出血热疾病,易发生在居住于农村、山区或者具有蜱虫暴露高风险的人群中。本研究报告了1例居住在北京市城乡结合区、无蜱虫叮咬史的发热伴血小板减少综合征确诊病例。流行病学调查发现该患者曾被可能感染发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒的猫挠伤。序列分析显示患者和猫携带的病毒S片段相似性为100%。进一步现场调查发现病人居住地周围的游离蜱和山羊寄生蜱均存在发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒感染。系统发育分析发现蜱虫携带病毒存在两种基因型,其中一种与患者、猫携带病毒相似。这些研究发现不仅提示北京市城乡结合地区可能存在多种发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒基因型的流行,也警示应当注意经猫传人的发热伴血小板减少综合征潜在传播途径。
