联合删除多功能MGF505-7R和H240R基因产生的非洲猪瘟减毒活疫苗候选株安全有效

  • 非洲猪瘟(ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)引起的一种感染猪和野猪的烈性传染性疾病。ASF自 2018年传入我国以来,对养猪业造成了严重影响。多个研究证实 ASFV编码的毒力基因与其免疫调节功能密切相关,研究发现H240R和MGF505-7R为ASFV 编码的多功能基因,且与病毒的毒力密切相关的。进一步实验证明,ASFV-AMGF505-7RΔH240R 重组病毒免疫 SPF 猪成活率 100%,不排毒,无水平传播,且 ASFV-AMGF505-7R-ΔH240R 免疫 SPF 猪对同源强毒株 ASFV HU/18 毒株攻击提供完全保护。这一研究为非洲猪瘟减毒活疫苗的设计提供了新的思路。这不仅有助于推动我国非洲猪瘟疫苗研究进程,也为全球非洲猪瘟防控提供了新的可能。
