流行性出血热血清特异性IgM和IgG的检测及其临床的意义

摘要

应用反向间接ELISA IgM检测法和IFAT,对39例EHF病人的265份系列血清标本分别作EHF特异性IgM和IgG的检测。结果表明:重型EHF病人的IgM滴度明显高于轻、中两型;而IgG在三型之间的差异无显著性;两例IgM阴性的病人IgG亦为阳性;IgM在少尿期下降比IgG明显;在第2、3病日就能分别检测出IgM和IgG。作者认为,IgG不仅同样可以作为早期诊断的指标,而且可能较IgM更为全面;IgM与病情轻重关系密切;在疾病过程中检测IgM似可作为病情判断的特征之一,这一结果还间接地支持了免疫复合物致病说。

Abstract

It had been carried out the detection of EHF-specific IgM and IgG for 265 continuous seral samples from 39 patients with EHF by means of reverse indirect ELISA test assay and IFAT. The results showed that the titer of IgM of severe patients was obviously higher than that of mild and moderate; whereas the titer of IgG showed on obvious difference. All of the cases together with2 IgM-negative were IgG-positive. And in olygouric phase the decrease of IgM was greater than IgG. As early as the 2nd and 3rd day of...
