自来水厂常规加氯处理灭活脊髓灰质炎病毒的效果

摘要

本实验目的在于检查上海市自来水厂中经常规加氯处理后,在杀灭肠道病毒方面的效果。实验采集现场加氯后之水样,加上一定量脊髓灰质炎病毒Ⅰ型LSc减毒株后,每间隔一定时间测定水中总氯及游离氯含量以及脊髓灰质炎病毒的消长情况。水厂之二次加氯中以第一次加氯为水处理中杀灭病毒的主要环节,加氯后60分钟即已查不到存活之病毒。

In this experiment attempt was made to determine the efficiency of inactivation of enterovirus by the chlorination in water plantCertain amount of polio virus I(LSc) was added to the chlorinated water samples taken from the plant. The total residual chlorine, free chlorine,and the polio virus in suspension was determined every 30 minutes.The first one of two chlorination procedures is the major step for inactivating virus in water plant.After 60 minutes contact with chlorine,no survival virus can be found i...
