摘要
本文对免疫粘附血凝(IAHA)技术进行了改进并用于检测流行性出血热病毒搞原和血清效价。比较了不同毒株在Vero-E_6细胞内抗原滴度,表明A_9株的滴度最高达1:64,以IAHA法对出血热病人9份血清,3份恢复期血清和家兔免疫血清6份进行了效价测定。并同时用免疫荧光(IFA)法进行比较,结果抗体阳性率二种方法一致,但前者的抗体滴度和增长倍数较后者高2-64倍,以上结果表明IAHA法可代替IFA法用于出血热病人或感染动物的抗体检测。

We have modified and improved the method of immune adherence hemagglutination (IAHA) test and used it to detect virus antigen and antibody of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF).
