应用免疫粘附血凝技术检测流行性出血热病毒抗原和抗体的试验研究

  • 本文对免疫粘附血凝(IAHA)技术进行了改进并用于检测流行性出血热病毒搞原和血清效价。比较了不同毒株在Vero-E_6细胞内抗原滴度,表明A_9株的滴度最高达1:64,以IAHA法对出血热病人9份血清,3份恢复期血清和家兔免疫血清6份进行了效价测定。并同时用免疫荧光(IFA)法进行比较,结果抗体阳性率二种方法一致,但前者的抗体滴度和增长倍数较后者高2-64倍,以上结果表明IAHA法可代替IFA法用于出血热病人或感染动物的抗体检测。
