无环鸟苷(Acyclovir)治疗慢性乙型肝炎追踪观察(附10例报告)

摘要

无环鸟苷治疗HBsAg高滴度慢性病人和携带者成人10例,并与保肝药治疗,情况相似成人10例对照观察,经一年追踪,30天间歇组6例,停药后3个月才有3例HBeAg和DNA-P转阴,9个月有2例回升,一年时,5例病毒指标与治疗前相似,其中4例HBV-DNA阳性,有1例全部病毒指标(包括HBV-DNA)持续转阴。 30天连续治疗4例,病毒指标继续转阴,以第6～9个月最好,HBsAg转阴1例,HBeAg4例全部转阴,有2例出现-HBe,HBcAg阳性3例有2例转阴和DNA-P阳性均转阴。对照组均无转阴。10例一年观察,3例无效,4例病毒指标暂时转阴,3例病毒复制指标持续转阴,连续疗法病毒转阴时间比间歇法长。无环鸟苷是目前用于疱疹病毒感染有效的抗病毒新药,治疗疱疹脑炎其疗效明显优于阿醣腺苷,1982年weller和Smith分别报道治疗慢性乙型肝炎,对病毒复制有暂时抑制效果。1984年我们开始对HBsAg高滴度慢性病人和病毒携带者成人10例,进行了抗病毒治疗研究,并与同期用保肝药、病情相似的成人10例对照,发现连续治疗的近期效果优于间歇治疗组和对照组,经一年追踪观察,并补做了血清HBV-DNA,报道如下:
