影响风疹病毒血凝和血凝抑制试验若干因素的研究

摘要

对大量制备高效价风疹病毒(RV)血凝素问题进行研究发现,每日更换RV感染细胞维持液可获得大量高效价血凝素。试验用Auletta液稀释血凝素、PH6.2、ca~(++)、Mg~(++)。离子浓度各0.1％时血凝滴度最高。比较两种处理血清中非特异性凝集抑制物的方法,发现高岭土法和肝素—氯化锰法结果相似。用此两种方法同时检测107份孕妇血清,结果符合率达98％。但高岭土法更为简便经济。

Abstract

The variables which affect the qualitative and quantitative aspects of rubella virus hemagglutination were defined. Large amount of high titered hemagglutinin was obtained by replacing the supernatant of rubella virus infected BHK_21 cells with fresh medium daily. The optimal result wasobtaitied by using Auletta s buffer, pH6.2. Kaolin and Heparin-MnCl_2 were employed to the treatment of serum samples in hemagglutination inhibition test.
