反向间接血凝抑制试验检测肾综合征出血热病毒总抗体

摘要

本研究用RPHI、IFA-IgG检测拟诊HFRS患者82例156份血清,其中66例检测出特异性抗体,非HFRS患者血清256份未出现假阳性反应。RPHI与IFA-IgG检测恢复期血清比急性期血清效价呈4倍以上升高者分别为83.6％及73.8％,5病日内血清阳性检出率为53.3％及41.9％,6～10病日为95.8％及79.2％。两种试验的一致率为88.5％,阳性检出率比较x~2=9.39,P<0.01,RPHI非常显著高于IFA-IgG。

Abstract

We detected antibodies to HFRSV in 156 sera of 82 patients with HFRS diagnosed clinically by RPHI and IFA-IgG. 66 out of 82 cases showed positive, and 83.6％ and 73.8％ of them were 4 times higher than those of acute stage in antibody titer of convalescent serum by RPHI and IFA-IgG, respectively. There were no false-positive results in 256 normal sera.
