云南白纹伊蚊细胞株对登革热、基孔肯亚病毒敏感性及增殖规律的观察

  • 自Singh建立蚊细胞以来,为虫媒病毒的研究提供了新方法。singh又进行了白纹伊蚊和埃及伊蚊细胞株的比较,认为白纹伊蚊细胞更敏感,应用于虫媒病毒的分离得到满意的结果。我所1978年建立了一株白纹伊蚊细胞株,对登革病毒增殖较好。1979年我们从当地扑获蚊虫,建立了一株云南白纹伊蚊细胞株(ACY7),对登革、基孔肯亚病毒进行敏感性及增殖规律的观察,现将结果报告如下:
