我国发生的一种香石竹斑驳病毒株系研究Ⅰ型寄主范围、提纯及血清学特性

  • 北京、上海栽培香石竹上发生的一种香石竹斑驳病毒BS株系(Carnation Mottle Virus-BS Strain),人工接种可局部侵染苋色藜,墙生藜,千日红及番杏,有时可系统侵染昆诺阿藜,分别造成坏死斑或褪绿斑,不侵染所试其它2科5种植物。单斑分离接种昆诺阿黎做为提纯材料,经PEG(分子量6,000)沉淀,差速离心及蔗糖密度梯度离心,病毒提纯量约140毫克/公斤鲜组织。病毒颗粒呈等轴多面体,直径为33毫微米。提纯物紫外扫描呈典型病毒核蛋白吸收曲线,A260/A280值为1.54,核酸含量约20%。提纯病毒免疫家兔所得抗血清试管沉淀效价为1:4096,琼脂糖双扩散效价可达1:1024。此株系血清学反应与英国香石竹斑驳病毒B-362株系呈部分同源性。
