HuIFN-α(Le)治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

摘要

本文报告了小剂量α-干扰素配伍聚肌胞治疗慢性乙型活动性肝炎的效果。将在我院1986-1988年住院的40例乙型慢活肝患者,随机分为试验组与对照组各20例。试验组应用小剂量α-干扰素加聚肌胞,对照组仅用对症及支持疗法。经三个月观察:试验组总有效率为75％,对照组仅为25％。两组有显著差异;P<0.01。在HBsAg及HBeAg的系统转换上,试验组办较对照组为优,有显著差异。

Abstract

The effectiveness of small dosages of interferon-α accompanied with PolyI: C in the treatment of chronic active hepatitis B is reported in this paper.40 cases of chronic active hepatitis B were rondomly divided into study groupand control group, 20 cases in each. The study group was treated with interfe-Ton-α(30,000 Uqd ) and poly I: C (2mg q 3 days) for 3 months, while control group was given symptomatic and supportive therapy only.
