腺病毒感染胞核特殊型类包涵体的电镜观察

  • 一株分离的4型腺病毒在感染细胞核内病毒晶体中出现特殊型类包涵体。该包涵体呈长空芯管样,长度可达1.5μ,外径约为70nm,内径约20nm,可视为与病毒衣壳发育形成有关的形态结构。

The Observation on the Specific Type of Intranuclear Inclusionoid Body Induced by Adenovirus infection Under Electron Microscope

  • A specific type of inclusionoid body is observed in the virus crystalline within the infection nucleus of a clone of type 4 virus. The inclusionoid body shows hollow-core shaped long tube. Its length may reach 1.5μ and its outer diameter is 70nm, inner diameter 20nm. This morphoiogic structure may be considered being related to formation and development of virus capsid.
