Abstract: Synthesized antisense oligodeoxynucleotides, including modified and unmodified, homo- and hetero-forms, were tested for their ability to inhibit mouse SRS virus-induced cellular multiplication, the formations of colonies of SRSV-infected cells and XC syneytia and RT activity.
