应用APAAP光镜技术发现两株HFRSV敏感细胞中HFRSV包涵体

  • 本文应用抗HFRSV McAb的APAAP(碱性磷酸酶—抗碱性磷酸酶)免疫组化技术,首次用光镜在HFRSV感染8—14天的Hep-2和wish细胞中查出病毒包涵体,并且根据其位置和形态特征可分为:(1)中央型包涵体;(2)外周型包涵体;(3)脱落包涵体。上述所见包涵体均在电镜下得到证实。此结果对于了解HFRSV感染细胞后的致病变作用以及研究HFRSV感染细胞包涵体的特征、来源、性质和形成过程具有十分重要的意义。
