用分光光度法对纯净颗粒体液浓度的测量

摘要

警纹鸣夜蛾颗粒体病毒(简称AeGV)、小菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒(PrGV)、茶蚕颗粒体病毒(AbGV)和分月扇舟蛾颗粒体病毒(CasGV)是在形态结构及生物学特性上有显著差异的颗粒体病毒。本文以这四种颗粒体病毒为代表,用统计学方法分析纯净的颗粒体悬浮液在270nm波长处的浓度(C,;μ/ml)与吸光度(A270nm)的,相关性,探讨分光光度法测量颗粒体悬浮液浓度的共用方程式,所有结论均以95％的概率水平为判断依据。本研究证明:颗粒体浓度在10—50/μg/ml范围内时,不同种的颗粒体浓度-吸光度定量关系可以用同一方程式表达。因此,可将该经验式用于快速测定纯净颗粒体悬浮液的浓度,该公式写作为: A270nm=0.018+0.0109C μg/ml (0.1≤A≤0.6)

Agrotis exclamationis granulosis virus (AeGV), Andraca bipnuctata GV(AbGV), Clostera anastomosis GV(CasGV)and Pieris rapae GV (PrGV) are much different in morphological and biological characteristics.
