摘要
将甜菜坏死黄脉病毒(BNYVV)内蒙古分离物的外壳蛋白基因亚克隆到pJW2上构建成在大肠杆菌中表达的载体。SDS-PAGE及Westexn blotting检测的结果表明,该表达载体在大肠杆菌DH5 中经温度诱导后特异地表达21kD的甜菜坏死黄脉病毒外壳蛋白。经光密度扫描估测,其表达量占大肠杆菌总蛋白的19.5%

Abstract
The temperature-inducible expression vector containing the beet necrotic yellow vein virus(BNYVV)isolate NM coat protein gene was constructed and transferred into E. coli DH5 . High-level expression of the specific protein was achieved by temperature induction. The results of SDSPAGE and Western blotting show that the expression product which accumulates 19.5% of the total cellular proteins estimated by Shimadzu CS-910 scanning is 21kd BNYVV coat protein.
