四种动物病毒的细胞培养及血凝检测的比较研究

摘要

云豹肠炎病毒(LPV)、水貂肠炎病毒(MEV)、犬肠炎病毒(cPv)和猫泛白细胞减步症病毒 (FPLV)等四种细小病毒，其理化和生物学特性十分相似。均能凝集猪红细胞，但文献记载其血凝(HA)条件各不相同。本文建立了统一的、适用于d种病毒的HA技术r井系统观察了它们在 FK 细胞上的培养特性，比较了其细胞培养物的HA活性，为疫苗的生产和检测提供了技术和科学依据。
