草鱼出血病病毒多肽的免疫原性

摘要

采用中和试验比较了草鱼出血病病毒ＧＣＨＶ８７３的１１个多肽的免疫原性，确定了主要中和抗原。纯化的单个病毒多肽免疫家兔获得抗血清，多肽ＶＰ＿１、ＶＰ＿５、ＶＰ＿６和ＶＰ＿９的抗血清具有中和效价，而ＶＰ＿２、ＶＰ＿３、ＶＰ＿４、ＶＰ＿７、ＶＰ＿８、ＶＰ＿（１０）和ＶＰ＿（１１）则不能诱生中和抗体。其中ＶＰ＿６的抗血清中和效价最高，因此，ＶＰ＿６极可能是病毒多肽中的主要中和抗原。
