PREPARATION AND PRELIMINARY APPLICATION OF CYTOMEGALOVIRUS ANTIGEN—GLASS SLIDE TO RAPID DIAGNOSIS

Cytomegalovirus (CMV) Antigen-glass slide was prepared with human enbryonic lung cells (HL) infected with CMV(AD169 strain). An indirect immunoperoxdase technique (IPA) carried out on the glass slides was preliminary applied to rapid diagnosis of CMV.
