PRODUCTION OF HYBRIDOMA CELL LINES SECRETING MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES TO DENGUE VIRUS TYPE Ⅰ
Abstract: Mouse lymphocyte hybridomas were prepared by polyethylene glycolmediated fusion of ceils from a mouse plasmaeytoma line (X63-Ag8-653) with lymphoeytes from Balb/c mice hyperimmunized with dengue virus type Ⅰ (Hawaii). Seven mouse lymphocyte hybridoma clones(C4, F5, F1, A2, B4, H7,D6) which can steadily produce antibodies against dengue-1 antigen were established after selecting and cloning for at least 3 times and have been kept in the laboratory for more than 5 months. Cross-immunofluorescent staining test...
