QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE DEMONSTRATION OF NPV OF THE COTTON BOLLWORM(HELIOTHIS ARMIGERA)IN THE ENVIRONMENT BY THE ELISA

  • Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA) has a higher sensitivity, speciality and simplicity, in particular, it is convenient in large-scale observation. The water and soil in the environment which produced and used Heliothis armigera NPV inssecticide were detected by this assay. The contents of NaNPV were about 4-9PIB/g, 6-58PIB/g, 630PIB/ml water, above 830PIB/g, respectively in the farmland largely using the insecticide, the spread area, the heavily polluted pool and the product workshop.
