    • An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed for the detection of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) in urine samples There were 4 kinds of method of the ELISA and monoclonal antibody directed against 20 or 130 kilodalton envelope structural polypeptides of HCMV was served as a capture antibody for viral antigen respectively or together,it has also been done positive serum of HCMV specific IgG.
