  • The BALB/C mice were immunized with HeLa cells infected with respiratory syncytial virus(RSV, Wuhan strain). The immunized spleen cells were fused with SP2/0 myeloma cells which were obtained from the SP2/0 solid tumor grown in BALB/C mice. Thirteen hybridoma cell lines secreting antiRSV monoclonal antibody(MeAb) were established. The chromosome number of these cell lines was ranged from 94—104 and the seerated MeAbs belonged to routine IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b subclasses. The ascites antibody titer was from 1: 1...
