THE STRUCTURE POLYPEPTIDES FROM CLOSTERA ANASTOMOSIS GRANULOSIS VIRUS
Abstract: The structure polypetides of Clostera anastomosis granulosis virus were studied by vertical slab SDS-PAGE. The result shows that Cas GV granulin passed though Sepharose-6 Bconsists of on major polypetide Component with an estimated molecular weight of 32×10~3d. The virus particle revealed at Least compositon of 23 bands with molecular weight ranging from 13 to 85×10~3d. 3 major polypeptide of virion were positivly reacted by PAS staining detection and could have glycoproteins on the virion.
