    • Immunofluorescence of viral neuraminidase in the replication of influenza virus in the BCMK cells was studied with two monoclonal antibodiesagainst neuraminidase of influenza A virus AJShanghaiJ13/85oThe results showed intracellular behavior and conformational changes of viral neuraminidase and the effect of monoclonal antibodies against neuraminidase on the entry of influenza virus into cells.
