Detection of the Antigen of Human Cytomegalovirus Isolates in Cell Culture by Indirect Immunofluorescent Assay Using Monoclonai Antibody

Two indirect immunofluorescent assays(IIFA), using a monoclonal antibody directed against protein antigen (McAb-20k)and specific positive sera of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)respectively, were applied for the rapid detection of the virus from fifty urine specimens(28 cases)inoculated onto human embryonic fibroblast.
