首个GI/II基因型间重组猫杯状病毒的分离鉴定、全基因组测序及生物学特性分析

  • 猫杯状病毒(FCV)是家猫中最常见的重要病原之一,主要引起上呼吸道疾病,严重危害家猫健康。本研究于2021年至2023年间,从中国不同地区的采集了58份临床疑似猫杯状病毒感染样本,其中两份样本经RT-PCR鉴定为FCV阳性。随后,我们对其进行分离纯化并获得完整的基因组序列,分别命名为AH17和XA20。基于衣壳蛋白VP1(由ORF2编码),这两个毒株可分别归类为GI和GII基因型。重组分析表明AH17毒株在非结构蛋白和结构蛋白的交界处存在重组断点,且两个母本病毒分别来自GI和GII两个基因型。为比较新分离毒株的抗原性,我们制备了针对经典毒株F9的兔抗血清,该血清在病毒中和试验中与多种不同FCV毒株表现出交叉反应性。单向血清交叉试验表明,基于F9毒株制备的单因子兔高免血清对AH17和XA20只有较低的中和能力。本研究首次鉴定出一株GI-GII基因型间重组猫杯状病毒,丰富了FCV分子流行病学研究数据。
