干扰素的功能表达机理——Ⅹ、pppA_(2′p5′)A_(2′p5′)A抗病毒作用的条件

摘要

本工作说明pppA2′p5′A2′p5′A(2′-5′p_3A_3)能使Lpa小鼠细胞对新城鸡瘟病毒或水泡性口腔炎病毒的攻击起一定的保护作用,进一步支持2′-5′p_3A_3抗病毒作用的普遍性。本文还证明在无Ca~(++)存在下,2′-5′p_3A_3于病毒攻击前数小时处理细胞,也能得到抗病毒效果。

Abstract

This study showed that the treatment of pppA2 P5 A2 P5 A(2 -5 P_3A_3) on Lpa cells of mice in vitro makcs them possible to resist the challenge of Newcastle disease virus and vesicular stomatitis virus, giving further evidence for the general antiviral effect of 2′-5′P_3A_3.Conditions for getting positive antiviral effect of 2′-5′ P_3 A_3 were the quantity of challenging virus and the time for observing the results. 2′-5′P_3A_3 showed antiviral effect even if 2′-5′P_3A_3 was administrated 3-6 hr prior to vi...
