分月扇舟蛾颗粒体病毒的结构多肽

  • 采用垂直板不连续SDS-PAGE分析了分月扇舟蛾(Clostera anastomosis简称Cas)颗粒体病毒的结构多肽,结果表明,经Sepharose-6B柱层析的颗粒体蛋白仅有一条主肽,其分子量为32×10~3d;病毒粒子的结构多肽至少有23种其分子量范围在13—85×10~3d之间。采用PAS染色法测得Vp_(34)、Vp_(31)、Vp_(10)三条主带呈弱阳性反应,可认为有糖旦白有在的可能性。

The virus particle revealed at Least compositon of 23 bands with molecular weight ranging from 13 to 85×10~3d. 3 major polypeptide of virion were positivly reacted by PAS staining detection and could have glycoproteins on the virion.
