水厂原水和出厂自来水中病毒的检测

摘要

本文报道用改良Forrah法对自来水厂原水和出厂水中病毒进行检测的结果。从不同季节原木中,均检测到病毒,含量在4—50pfu/10升,病毒种类以肠道病毒为主,其中尤以脊髓灰质炎病毒为多,温度敏感试验提示主要为非强毒株,有三株可能为强毒株。出厂水40升中未找到病毒,基本符合1971年世界卫生组织所定的饮用水的病毒学标准,10升水中无病毒。

Abstract

This paper reports the results of detecting viruses in the raw water at the inlet of water plant and in the output tap water by modified Farrha′s Method. The amount of viruses in the raw water reaches 4-50 pfu/10L in different seasons. Most of the viruses are enteroviruses, mainly polio viruses. Test of ret/40 shows that 3 strains might be of wild type,whereas the others are not.Since no virus has been found in 40L of tap water, the virus standard in drinking water(no virus in 10L of samples),designed by WH...
