成都制药四厂卡那霉素链霉菌噬菌体的研究

摘要

从成都制药四厂卡那霉素链霉菌异常发酵液中分离出四株噬菌体φSK_1,φSK_2、φSK_3和φSK_4经形态特征比较和一些生物学性质的研究,证明它们彼此存在着差异,属同一血清型的不同噬菌体株,与国内外已知的某些卡那霉素链霉菌噬菌体也不相同。

Abstract

Four strains of actinophages φSK1, φSK2, φSK3 and φSK4 were isolated from aberrant fermentation fluids of S. kanamyceticus obtained from the Fourth Pharmaceutical Factory in Chengdu. It was demonstrated that they differed from each other. but belonged to the same serological properties. They also showed some different characteristics from some other strains isolated in different areas in China and Japan.
