油桐尺蠖核型多角体病毒杀虫剂的安全检测

摘要

本文报道了油桐尺蠖核型多角体病毒杀虫剂不同剂型和标准样品的细菌学检测,没有分离、培养到志贺氏菌、沙门氏菌、耶尔森氏菌、炭疽菌、弧菌、大肠杆菌、化脓性球菌等致病细菌。并用不同剂型口服和注射感染小白鼠,观察了其体表症状及内脏病理变化,结果表明:该杀虫剂不引起致突变作用,对人畜是安全的。

Abstract

The present paper deseribes the bacteriology detection of the different preparations and standard samples of the insecticide of Buzura suppressaria nuclear polyhedrosis virus. Pathogenic bacteria, such as Shigella, Salmonella,Yersinia, Bacillus, Vibric, Escherichia coli and Micrococcus were cultured without isolation. Mice infected by different preparations via oral cavity and injection revealed symptoms on the epithelial surface and the pathologic changes in the viscera. The results show that the insectici...
