油桐尺蠖核型多角体病毒结构多肽的分析

  • 本文采用不连续系统的垂直板SDS—PAGE对油桐尺蠖核型多角体病毒(Buzura suppressaria Guenee Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus简称BsNPV)的多角体蛋白、病毒粒子的结构多肽进行了分析。结果表明,经EDTA和热处理的多角体蛋白仅有一条主带,其分子量为31×10~3±1000d;病毒粒子至少有23种结构多肽,其分子量的范围在13—107×10~3d之间。用PAS染色测定多角体蛋白、病毒粒子中的糖蛋白,结果呈阴性反应。

Analysis of the Structural Polypeptides of Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus From Buzura suppressaria Guenee

  • The structural polypeptides of Buzura suppressaria Guenee nuclear polyhedrosis virus was studied by vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results revealed that the polyhedrin—the only major polypeptide with molecular weight of 31×10~3±1000d and the virus particle had at least 23 bands with molecular weight ranging from 13 to 107×10~3d. Glycoproteins of polyhedrin and virus particle were absent by PAS staining detection.
