中国猕猴逆转录病毒的分离

摘要

国内首次从捕自中国三个地区的猕猴分离到三株逆转录病毒,经ELISA、免疫荧光检查与SRV-1呈阳性反应。免疫蛋白印迹试验加以证实,血清抗体与SRV-1呈阳性反应,其中有一株与SRV-1和STLV血清抗体有交叉反应。电子显微镜下见有大量病毒颗粒,具有典型逆转录病毒结构。

Abstract

Three strains of retrovius, which can give positive results both by ELISA and immunofluoreseenee assay(IFA) with SRV-1 newly have been isolated from Rhesus monkeys(Macaca mulatta) catehed frim three areas of China. It have been confirmed by Western Blot that their seroantibodies response with SRV-1 positively. One of them occurs cross-response with of SRV-1 and STLV. Lots of the virus particles having typical ultrastuctures of retrovirus have been observed by electron microscope.
