呼吸道合胞病毒自然温度敏感株的研究 I.呼吸道合胞病毒自然温度敏感株的筛选及其特性的 初步研究

  • 本文利用离心蚀斑法从武汉地区1978-1983年及1987-1992年的73株呼吸道合胞病毒流行毒株中直接筛选出17株自然温度敏感株,并以33°/39.5°C的IgPFU相差≥3作为确定自然温度敏感株的标准。每年筛选出自然温度敏感株的比例平均为15-l7%;根据毒株温敏性状的差异,将呼吸道合胞病毒流行株分为ts ̄+,ts ̄±与ts毒株;并初步发现B亚型毒株所含的自然温敏株的比例明显高于A型毒株(P<0,05)。初步测定2株该自然温敏株的遗传稳定性,结果显示具有较稳定的特性。本文结果提示,呼吸道合胞病毒在自然界不仅存在A,B两亚型变异,也存在温敏性状的变异,可能存在毒力的变异。

Prelim inary experiments showed tha t the rmruraily occurring ts strains of RSV are genetically stable.
