抗生物素蛋白-生物素免疫荧光技术检测细胞培养中增殖的甲型肝炎病毒抗原

  • 检测细胞培养增殖甲型肝炎病毒抗原(HAAg)的敏感方法主要有直接免疫荧光(DIF),间接免疫荧光(IDIF),固相放射免疫(RIA)及放射免疫斑分析(RIFA)等。本文第一次报告用抗生物素蛋白-生物素(Avidin-Biotin)放大作用提高免疫荧光技术的敏感性应用在细胞培养中检测HAAg,生物素化抗甲肝IgG与抗生物素蛋白联结的荧光素偶合检测(BA-FA)与DIF比较,BA-FA不仅可获得背景清晰的荧光。而且快速、节省特异抗体,BA-FA特异性亦好。
