干扰素联合无环鸟苷抗乙肝病毒疗效观察

摘要

本文报告42例慢性乙肝病人及病毒携带者,年龄16～44岁,病程半年～1年。随意分为3组:干扰素组10例,6万u,肌肉注射,每周3次,疗程3个月,近期HBeAg转阴3例伴抗-HBe转阳,HBcAg、DNAP和HBV-DNA转阴各一例。无环鸟苷组22例,每日15mg/kg,静脉输注,每月20天,60天为一疗程,近期HBeAg转阴6例伴抗-HBe转阳S例,HBcAg转阴S/11例,DNAP转阴8/18例,HBV-DNA转阴3/18例,其结果优于干扰素组。无环鸟苷联合干扰素治疗8例,近期HBeAg转阴6例伴抗-HBe转阳5例,其他病毒指标转阴与无环鸟苷组相似,初步显示联合治疗组抗病毒效果优于两药单用组。

Abstract

This paper reported 42 cases with chronic hepatitis B and the virus carriers, whose ages range from 16 to 44,and the course of disease varies from half a year to 11 years. The patients were divided arbitrarily into 3 groups. There were 10 patients in the first group, who were treated by interferon alone, 60000u intramuseularly, 3 times per week and 3 months course of treatment.
